This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the eligibility criteria, time limits, procedures, and conditions governing cancellations and refund requests for yoga tours, wellness retreats, workshops, and related services offered through yogatoursasanatry.com.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking, timing of cancellation, and specific retreat terms disclosed at the time of reservation. All requests are reviewed in accordance with the published conditions for the respective program.

  • Deposits may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the retreat package selected.
  • Full payments may qualify for partial refunds if cancellation occurs within the permitted time frame.
  • Custom or private retreat arrangements may carry stricter cancellation conditions.
  • Promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Time Limits for Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within the timeframes outlined below:

More than 60 days before retreat start date: Eligible for up to 90% refund minus administrative processing fees.

30–59 days before retreat start date: Eligible for up to 50% refund of total amount paid.

15–29 days before retreat start date: Eligible for up to 25% refund.

14 days or fewer before retreat start date: No refund available.

Refund percentages apply unless otherwise specified in the individual retreat agreement.

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, participants must complete the following steps:

  1. Submit a written cancellation notice via email.
  2. Include full name, booking reference number, retreat name, and scheduled dates.
  3. Provide reason for cancellation and any relevant supporting documentation if applicable.

All requests are acknowledged within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days to the original method of payment.

4. Conditions & Special Circumstances

Certain circumstances may influence refund decisions:

  • If YOGATOURSASANATRY cancels a retreat, participants will receive a full refund or credit option.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, travel bans) may result in credit issuance rather than monetary refund.
  • Participants who fail to attend without prior notice are not eligible for refund.
  • Travel insurance claims must be handled directly with the insurance provider.

5. Exclusions

The following items are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law:

  • Processing or administrative service fees.
  • Third-party travel expenses such as airfare or visa fees.
  • Optional add-on services purchased separately.
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
